Dr Nicolson is the founding General Practitioner of the Centre. His interests, apart from providing General Practice care, are occupational medicine and legal medicine. He is a senior member of St John Ambulance Australia. He is a Senior Lecturer for the Monash University Rural Health Program based in Bairnsdale and is a GP Supervisor, supervising registrars under EVGPT. Iain is a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner, providing comprehensive family medical care.  In addition Dr Nicolson provides services in occupational medicine and is a recognised WorkCover Medical Examiner.  Iain is a qualified Medical review officer.

Dr Andi De Silva is a vocationally qualified and experienced male General Practitioner, having completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, 1999. He continued with his post graduate studies and completed a Diploma in Family Medicine (DFM) from Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2006.
